car wont crank at all
my 95 lt1 auto z28 wont crank at all heres what ive found out on it so far
1. there is power to both sides of the crank fuse at starting
2. there is power to the yellow under dash wire while cranking
3. there is NO power at the solenoid while cranking
4. while arcing the crank signal on the solenoid and the b+ the starter attempts to crank (well it clicks at least)
5. the security light flashes on and off while in the "on" position when the key is in the 'on" position

Are you saying that if you leave the key in the ON position, the SECURITY light continues to flash? If so, the VATS module is not reading your key pellet. Try another key or clean your key and lock cylinder.

If you can't get it to work, you can bypass the pellet by reading the resistance of your pellet and splicing in a resistor(s) to equal the value of the pellet.
Reading the key
Connector for key cylinder under dash
I know there is a procedure for the bypass on some web site. Check Brent Franker's page.
