Car warms up, then low idle and oil pressure after driving??

I took the ole Z out for a spin to a car cruise tonight and well i drove it about 10miles to the cruise and then I get to a stop sign where it starts idling really low and loses oil pressure. Im assuming the low oil pressure is just because im losing idle, it seems like it might cut out if i let it go down, it gets around 500rpm.

This used to happen when i was at the track and after id run it and let off to pull in to get my time slip, it would get down around 500 and then id have to give it some gas before it cut out on me. After that, I changed the O2 sensors last season and it started to get better, but now its back to the same thing. I did put about 2 gallons of race gas in it last season once, that wouldnt have made them go bad would it?

Anyone have any ideas?

i imagine it has something to do with your IAC most people have idle problems with larger cams. If you are running a stock TB you can drill out the hole in between the throttle blades if you are running an aftermarket tb its a little harder.

i'd bet so. Do you have any sort of scanning tool. I'd bet your IAC counts are maxed out at 160. The easiest way to get it lowered is to drill a hole in your rubber intake elbow and install a vaccum fitting in it. Then run a rubber hose from that fitting to a vaccum port on the intake. It'll help lower your IAC and it won't create a vaccum leak. My BBk 58mm TB doesn't really allow you to modify the TB to allow more air at idle.
