Car Suddenly missing and cutting out -Please help!

I have a Powerdyne S/C A4 Camaro with the extra fuel pump, which has been running great since it was instaled over a year ago.
A couple of weeks ago the transmission would hold the gear until I pulled my foot back and then it would shift.
This happened only briefly and then the car seemed to run fine.
After turning it off in a parking lot and then restarting it we found that initially there was no throttle response but then it was there.
Got the car home and now when you start it up the idle will be fine but then often it will go up to 1500-1600 rpm in park and die when put in gear.
If the idle is ok, the car will go a couple of blocks , and then start cutting out and bucking as it catches itself.
The thing is it's not throwing any codes.
We tried my spare tuned pcm but that didn't help.
Just ran the same.
Checked the fuel pressure, MAP, MAF, changed the TPS and checked for vaccuum leaks. It has a new opti and everything seems to check out.
We're kind of stumped right now and any suggestions anyone could give us as to where and what to look for would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for any ideas you guys can offer up.

Well I took a guess replaced the MAP sensor.
It turned out I had a bad one even though it wasn't throwing any codes.
Replaced it with a new 30.00 one from Autozone and the car runs great.
