Thanks for the help everyone. Yesterday I crawled up under the car and checked all of my wires to the O2's the all seemed fine. I didn't feel or see any place where they have been burned. After I was done checking I took the car out for a spin. All of the readings looked fine according to Fred's Scanmaster readings and the the O2's were working correctly also. The only time it acts up is when the throttle is more than 50%. When the car is over 50% throttle the right O2 starts reading below 100 millivolts and stays there until I let off the gas. When this happens the car develops the fluttering condition. I noticed that this occurs just before a shift point. But as long as I'm driving and accelerating easy the car runs fine and the O2 readings look fine also. I haven't been able to write down any sensor readings while I'm under load. But hopefully I can get someone to ride with me tomorrow and get a few. Once again thanks for all of the help guys.
