if someone holds the gas pedal all the way down can you open the TB blades by hand any further?

Has the TPS harness connector ever been changed? I sorted out a voltage problem that turned out to be the three wires were not connected to the correct pins in harness connector. Shoebox provided a picture of the correct pinout the helped me identify the error.
