I just noticed that the car will stumble as if you let the clutch out too fast (just an example, my car is an auto) After it stumbles, I give it some gas it runs fine, but the SES comes on for about 30 seconds then goes away. I recently installed a cam along with a brand new valvetrain along with a hotcam. Any ideas on what it could be? I'm going to have a buddy hook his laptop up to it and scan it this weekend...

I'd guess your SES light is telling you the reason for your troubles.
Get the code pulled.

 

Mine was doing that, when I had two burnt plug wires.
