car stumbles

I am curious to why sometimes my car my stumble at idle or very high speed.

This is very sparatic. i am not sure if something is going out like my opti-spark. I do have new plugs and wires, also at startup sometimes, my ignition will only click and then it will startup fine. Car runs great and still has plenty of power, but just sometimes it stumbles and i don't want something to go out on me while i am in route.

How many miles and what all has been done to the car? I get the same thing and i just put a new opti on and it was identical before. This is a pain in the butt and kinda expensive to do so check the simple things first.

I don't know all that is done, but i have done
Mid-lentgh headers, cold air intake, aftermarket pulley, and a hypertech programmer with the 160 stat.. I was told the engine was rebuilt and the heads looks new. Don't know for sure but the car runs strong. I raced a friend who i sold my ws6 too and we were neck and neck through the 1/8. He beat me but it was a good race. His car has 390hp, I do know this is true because i sold it with this amount of hp and had it dyno before i sold it to him..
The car also has a cut out and has been lowered
It has 112,000 thousand miles..
