Well my ta has finally got me at wits end, it basically does nothing when you first turn the key after a few seconds sometimes a little longer it fires off just fine, but then once it gets hot it still hesitates but it also turns over for a little bit before it fires off I've replaced the starter, the fuel pressure regulator had gone out so I replaced it with an adjustable one I really don't know where to look from here to solve it any ideas?

 

Hows your fuel pressure during cranking?

 

It almost sounds like you may have a bad battery. This could have been made dead by a bad alternater as well. Usually when one goes bad, it takes out the other as well. I would have them both checked before I would look too in depth in your car.

 

When you turn the key "it basically does nothing"... you mean no click, no dash lights come on, starter doesn't crank, no indication of any kind that there is any sort of voltage present? Or.... you turn the key and the starter cranks, but the engine doesn't start for a few seconds?
When the engine is hot, it appears it does the exact same thing as when its cold???? ...no difference whether the engine is cold or hot????

When it finally starts running, how does it run.... smooth, rough, misfires????
