The delteq is a complete bolt in that only uses the optical sensors in the opti. They rarely fail. The opti stays put and you mount coil packs and basically just do a plug and play with the rest of the kit. They have different levels of kits. Check out elite spark plugs on this site for vendors in the index. They have the run down on the kits. They have a special going to the end of the year.

Re: car sat outside for 7 days, now wont start?

My car wouldn't start Monday morning and it ran fine Saturday night. I tried using my dad's jump-n-carry (its like a battery pack used instead of jumper cables) and it still wouldn't crank over. Got a ride to get a new AC Delco 7 year battery and she fired right up. It was 40 Saturday and Monday morning it was in the teens so I'm thinking the cold weather killed it. Like someone mentioned before, you need a good battery in cold weather. Go get a new battery, the one I got is the best AC Delco makes and it was only $75. If your battery is really dead charging or jumping it won't help. I would spend the $75 on a new battery before I spend $50 on a used opti. Just my $.02
