Car missing, Passenger side

Guys I had some NGK TR55's in my car for about 2,000 miles and I changed them becuase the car was missing bad, Then I put Ac delco's in and the car ran great for about 100 miles and then it started missing bad again.
Heres the deal, both times we take the plugs out the Drivers side look pretty good, The Passenger side are horrible, they are really black and smell bad (like fuel smell). I have a new opti (about to get a Delteq anyways) plugs, coil, etc. What could this be I have about 1 year old Ac delco 02's. Could this be a 02 problem, I having programming from Pcmforless and he told me it sounded like an 02 problem. Has anyone else expericenced this before, I am not even driving my car right now because of this.

Pull the vac line off the fuel pressure regulator and see if it's wet. If so change it. The vac line is on the passenger side and if the diaphragm is leaking, it will suck fuel into that side of the intake.
