I just replaced the starter, and when i crank the car over it misfires, and backfires, i checked for it getting spark, it does, the fuel pressure is ok, so im am completely clueless what it could be, any suggestions please? Thanks paul

 

was it missing and backfiring before you messed with the starter?

 

Yeah, the old starter burnt up, thats the reason that i changed it, it actually never gets running, it just backfires, and misses when it cranks over, and ive double and triple checked the wires and all of the grounds are solid, and cant figure this thing out. Paul
