car dying - part 2

ok, as a recap my car recently died and I needed to test it out to see what the problem was. I did the opti test that is listed on Shoeboxes website and was wondering if someone might be able to help me interpret the results...

I checked for DC voltage from the A terminal and the D terminal from the PCM to the opti...good voltage from A, none from D. I got a constant 14 volts AC from the B terminal as well (car cranking or not), although I was expecting pulses if thats supposed to be the low res pulse signal. I also checked the connectors on the ICM, the ones going to the coil both read constant voltage, and the white wire was reading 1-4VDC while cranking. The lack of voltage on D worries me, but the fact that the ICM is still getting pulses makes me think its not important? All 3 power wires into the coil are seeing voltage, but theres no spark on the coil wire when I place a screwdriver inside it. Does this sound like a coil issue despite the lack of voltage on D? I would appreciate any help anyone can provide on this.
