i've been going through the wiring diagram, my starter runs when i put a hot wire to the solenoid on the purple wire, my theft deterrent relay isn't getting any power, and i've checked all my fuses. i was wondering what this fusible link is. i've been reading and its supposed to be near the battery junction box but i have no idea what i'm looking for. also how hard is it to check the ignition switch? i was looking at my steering column and i don't see how to take all the plastic pieces off.
