Car died and now its only popping

I was just getting on the throttle in 3rd gear and the boost was coming on nice, then we hit a pretty good bump on the raod and the car lost all power. I'm not sure if it has to do with the bump or the 5500rpm with 13lbs of boost.
Now the car will only pop and won't idle. Even with my foot on the floor the rpms dont change. barely 800rpm
I have spark in the one plug we pulled on the side of the road. I have good fuel pressure.
On the way up the hwy it kept losing power for about a half second causing the car the studder. I was watching the wideband while it did it and my AFR flashed a 20 for a second. It did it 4 or 5 times over the 40 minute ride up the highway. It ran great other then that. Nice 11.0 AFR on the floor and 13-14 ish of the throttle.
I'm thinking the fuel injectors are not working. When we pulled the plugs they were very black but dry. I tried starting the car a bunch of times so I would assume the car should have dumped loads of fuel causing the plug to be wet. But it was dry.

Any ideas
Where do I start looking.

I just found a meth injection line with a hole. It would have sprayed all over the coil, opti, and ignition wiring.
Now the car will not start at all.

Have you done the test to make sure your opti is working properly??

I did this from the opti sticky

2 of the wires go from the ICM to the coil. With key ON engine OFF, those 2 wires have 12 volts on them. Find them and be sure they have 12 volts with the key on. One of the other 2 wires left goes to ground. Find it and confirm it goes to ground. The last wire left is the one that carries the control signal. It will test out as I said on the AC scale when someone cranks it with 1 to 4 volts AC. Also measure the resistance of the wires on the opti harness.

If you are getting 1-4 VAC on the white wire it means your opti is sending pulses to the PCM which is sending signals to the ICM to fire. Then your problem is not the PCM or harness. It would be ahead of that which leaves the ICM, coil, and opti.

And I have 1-4 vac so it sounds like its my opti, icm, or coil.
I plugged in an old coil and nothing. so opti or icm

Anyone have a good used ICM or Opti.

I had a similar issue when my car started to randomly not want to idle and no matter what i did when i hit the gas it didnt change and eventually lead to it not wanting to start. Changed the opti and swapped out the coil and icm and neither solved it. Turned out to he the ignition switch on the steering column. They tend to burn up alot on these cars and can cause similar syptoms. But then again if your plugs are dry that will be another issue in itself.

The plugs are wet now. When it first happened the car would kinda run. Thus the car was firing and burning the fuel causing a dry plug.
