Car creaks badly when getting in and out

Car creaks badly when getting in and out
After installing DMS springs and Bilstein shocks, my car started creaking when I get in and out. It started out quietly, but now it's really loud. I looked under the car, and everything seems to be fine. Does anybody have any idea what the problem can be? It's a little embarassing having people look because of the noise when I get inside. Thanks.
