can you use flex pipe for exhaust setups? can it be welded?

i seen this stuff at autozone its called flex pipe i believe, well you can take it and bend it any direction you want, can i use this for making my exhaust setup? can this stuff be welded? if it cant be welded and it can only be clamped do you think a clamp will stop it from leaking? will this stuff be ok for my true dual setup? it would be much easier connecting the x pipe if i can use this flex pipe thanks for the help

my understanding is that flex pipe from your local auto parts store isn't very sturdy and will rust out/fall apart in short order. This is what I have HEARD, I have no experience personally with it so take it for what its worth.
