Not a lot to be learned from a few minutes of idle. The left BLM for the idle cell (Cell 16) is 117, indicating the PCM is pulling out 8.6% of the fuel to prevent it from running rich on that side. Right BLM is only pulling out 4.7%.

Nothing looks unusual. There appears to be a healthy amount of timing added at idle, maybe 5 or 6 degrees more than a stock program. Idle is steady, IAC is 52 counts, which is OK. TPS is fine. MAP vs BAR indicates about 13.0-13.5"Hg of vacuum, which is a shade on the low side for the LT4 HOT cam..... but not unusual. Idle air temp sensor appears to be heat soaked, indicating ~113-115*F. MAF reads a shade high at times, but not unusual.

It would appear to me there is no serious rich condition. The fact you descreened the MAF may be causing the slightly higher readings than actual flow, the PCM adds the fuel to go with those readings..... its too much fuel, so it has to pull down the BLM's to get the A/F ratio back where it belongs. That's just one possible explanation.
