Can someone help me out with a measurement?

I just pressed a new hub onto my crank, but I don't think it went on far enough!

Can someone please measure for me, the distance between the opti and the crank pulley? Or between the opti and the belt, if that's easier.

Thanks!

How did you press it on, specifically?

It's an aftermarket "big block" hub,and an ATI Superdamper. I used my hub installer (threads into the snout, then crank it with a wrench) to press it onto my new engine (the timing cover has an enlarged hole for the big block hub). It's on all the way but it's bigger than stock and I think it's sticking out a little too far.

I used some all thread and some nuts, when the nuts started to strip it was on all the way. I also made sure the hub was greased.
That is why I was asking. I am out of town right now, maybe later in the weekend I can get you a measurement.

Yep, that's how I do it. I even warmed up the hub. It actually helps!
