Can Open Headers Cause This?

I decided to try running the Lt's open. For some reason, the computer pulled out gobs of timing. It also ran really rich. I suppose with the O2 sensors being so close to the end of the header, there could be problems with outside air getting in there and messing with things. It wouldn't surprise me if the open headers caused false knock either. Just seeing if anyone has experienced anything like this.

I tried this as well in my camaro and it started to misfire so bad I was thinking about towing it 3 miles back home. I dont know what caused this but it ran fine with the y pipe hooked back up and that was the last time it came off.

Yea! Mine would barely run as I was coming back on the return road after my first pass. It was kinda cool though because it sounded like I had a monster cam in it!
