My stock Torque Converter? I really like the numbers of the cam and what I've heard about it, but can't afford to change my torque converter right now. Also who does good programming for an automatic car and this cam. Thanks.

I know that it is borderline and some say yes it'll definately work with the stock torque converter. So I'd say that a 2800 stall would do just fine.

2800+ will be fine(VIG/YANK).. I would buy the convertor first thats like the best mod you can buy. Need cam specs.
