Can I use this bearing???

I need a throwout bearing, some here might know that they are hella-expensive. A guy from summit told me over the phone that they had one that would work, p/n RAM-488. I don't know if he had a clue, could somebody here tell me if this is the right one or not? Here's the link for it:

Thanks a bunch!

How do you know you need a TO bearing?

I know that when I put my new clutch in it came with a new TO bearing, and it was attached to the PP with retaining clips.

I don't know if that one will work or not...

Well, i know i need one because it got kindof messed up pulling the motor out. The seal is f'ed up, whether its from before or I did it taking out the motor. It's looking like i might as well order the GM bearing.
