Can I replace my catalytic with a dynomax bullet muffler??

Can I replace my catalytic with a dynomax bullet muffler??

has anyone done this?

what size muffler would I want if I just cut the cat out??

I was looking at a 12" dynomax bullet, they make them in 2.5 and 3"

I have a bullet here already and i'm getting the bullet ORP fabbed tuesday, 12" 3" in/out. I'll let you know how it works.

It sounds MUCH better than a gutted cat(worst), or straight pipe (slightly better than gutted cat)

I'm EXTREMELY happy with this setup. It has the same sound quallity as with my 3" catco high flow and is just a tad louder. It got rid of the rasp and wild sounds of the straight ORP. I have my cake and I'm eating it too!

I made 6 sounds clips of my car tonight. 3w/cat, 3 w/ bullet. I didn't even bother putting the straight ORP in because it wasn't worth my time since i knew it sounded bad. Unfortuneatly i can't get my SSH secure shell to work to update my webpage and probably won't for awhile. If someone wants to host these for me or if anyone wants them emailed to them just PM or email me.
