When i bought my car it was all stock except for crane 1.6 roller rockers and dual valve springs. I have no idea what kind of vavle springs they are, except that they are dual springs, huge, and purple in color. They were also hittin the crane rockers, so i had to grind the rockers a little bit. The reason I'm askin, is I'm planning to do a cam down the road, probably the CC306, and want to make sure the valve springs can handle it.

I doubt anyone could say for sure just by looking at them. You need to go to a shop or find a buddy with a spring tester to see what the specs are. Then you can determine if they are appropriate for the cam you plan to use based on the specs. Any decent performance shop or machine shop should have a tester.
