Camshaft question

How will this camshaft work with my 97 lt1 with stage 2 port and polish. 2.02 intake, 1.6 exhaust.
It is a crane powermax
Serious performance for modified 305 5-spd. & 350 w/3.73-up.
Adv. Duration: 272º/284º
Gross Lift: .454''/.480''
Series: 2050

What would be a good cam? This is a street car and i will have 4.10's in the near future.

Get your heads flowed, then call the guys at cmotorsports.com, or call Comp Cams, Crane etc.. They will get you a custom grind cam to make the most out of your heads. Good luck.

I think that cam would suck on an LT1. It's for a 305, right? That would explain the low lift and long duration... You need more lift, basically.... Is that even a roller cam?

Skimp on something else. Get a good cam.
