I am looking in to buying a cam and rocker rollers for my M6 97. I wanted to know some nice Daily Driveable cams. Would I need rocker rollers for a new cam? How much gains would I be looking at with Headers and a cam and tune?

How much would I be looking at for getting no springs and cam and install? And I have to drive this to school , to home, then around town, I want to be in the mid 13's or so. What companies make these cams yall are talkin about?

 

You should be able to get in the mid 13's easily on the stock cam, A full bolt-on car will usally run mid-low 13's or even high 12's if set up right. Just get a full exhaust, cold air intake, tune, gears and you should be on your way toward low 13's.

that usually does qualify for most people as a nice daily driver cam (a lot of people here have it so just search "hotcam" and you'll get more results than you ever wanted )
also, in your post above you mentioned getting "no springs and.."
you do plan on getting springs right?
your stockers will definately not be up to the task
