Actually I would love to find an Fbody for 2500 with those "minor" problems.
Windows: most likely need new motors, this is a common problem.
Brakes: needs new rotors and pads, another common problem but cheap to fix.
AC: I would ditch it and put in the 1LE pulley.
SES: This is the only potential bad problem cause you dont know what code is being thrown. Most likely something minor.

Good deal. Spend some time on this board and you will learn how to work on these cars.

All I can say, is a guy that buys a fixer upper and is not mechanically inclined, better have a good and honest support team.
Thanks, I agree, I wouldn't have and didn't want to buy a fixer upper, but my "freind" that's a mechanic told me he could fix the problems for like 500 and wouldn't charge me any labor, if I promised to sell it to him for 3,000 if I ever sold it. So that's the deal free labor and sell the car to a mechanic if I ever decide to get rid of it.. He told me I would never get rid of it, and he just likes working on cars..

revtime AC: I would ditch it and put in the 1LE pulley.
Okay I am ignorant, so what's a pulley? I live in Southern California and AC is mandatory.. It hardly rains, and sometimes it's just too hot, to roll down the windows?

Its just a pulley that installs in place of the AC compressor.
You have to be hard core to delete the AC.
