i'm putting some numbers down on paper to compare to decide which cam to get, anyone know the specs on the lt4 hotcam?

Lingenfelter cams i found are listed like this

SBC 305-383 211/219 .530/.560

also, list any other cams that are decent

218-228 duration, is what the hotcam is.
