cam selection w/ a stroker

I understand cams behave differently depending on the displacement of an engine.

What's the biggest, err, most powerful cam I could use on a 383 and still pass emissions? Or is it still the same as stock bore/stroke?

When I say "pass emissions", I mean something I can get tuned well and forget it, i.e., no tweaking or running special chemicals in my gas to get it to pass.

nice thing about have a stroker is that the extra displacement will help eat up some of that cam
