How big of a cam can I use without having major problems. I am changing the valve springs, nut it will be a while before I do any tuning. I would like to go with a CC305 or 6, can this be done with just springs and roller rockers?

 

It can be done, but you might want to port your heads. I have heard that the CC306 runs better than other cams without ported heads because of the exhaust duration, or whatever it is called. you will probably want to get tuning shortly after the cam swap. You can get a tune from PCMFORLESS for under $100.

 

Running A4 so I thought that I might would be a little better with the CC305 for that reason.
