Headers- for my car long or short- please help.

I know that there are plenty of threads. But I need to make a decision based on my car and current mods.
Last fall I installed an American Thunder Flowmaster exhaust system. So obviously I want to keep this current exhaust system. Now, for Headers- what type? Any ideas?
Long or short? And if I do long what else do I need to modify my system.
Emissions not a big deal here in Rochester, N.Y. I can just go get a sticker from somebody I know basically for inspection.
I appreciate any input.
Thanks!

Thanks. Well I assume I should spend the extra money and get them coated, right? Also anything else do I need to do as far as a new Y pipe? Or can I use the existing Y pipe but maybe short'in it to compromise for the LT's? Should roller rockers be done at the same time, or is it something I can do at a later time. I'm just looking at labor wise.
