Cam Question

Buddy of mine bought an complete LT1 to build up to a 396 stroker the guy he bought it from said it had a nitrous cam in it he took it out and wanted to know if there is any way to find out what kind of cam it realy is there is a series of numbers on one end i'll post them tonight anything would help

Those numbers would help if they're from a major cam manufacturer. The most accurate way is to find someone with a Cam Doctor to measure it accurately.

here are the numbers that were on the end of the cam.
first one 586FM35 second 3200L, i just need to know what kind of cam it is.

You should find someone with a cam doctor, because those seem like a custom grind spec more than lobe specs. FM MIGHT be Futral Motorsports, but you'll have to call them and ask.
