cam question...
cam question...
I have a racing cam with these numbers...
duration at .050 285/295
Gross lift w/1.5 .660/.659
Lobe seperation 110
how many people have a cam like this and how hard is it to drive on the street? I know this is a high rpm cam but can it be street driven? I havn't installed this yet so I have no idea how it sounds or it runs but I am considering running this cam and a little nos on it as well.
Also what springs are out there that are good for this lift?

Those are numbers used on stuff like Busch and Craftsman truck engines.
It could be Comp RZ series rollers which are designed for 1.6 to 1.8 rockers and 8000+ rpm engines. Or maybe an RX series for 9000 rpm engines with 1.7 rockers.
Put it back on ebay as a NASCAR cam.
Re: cam question...
