Just thinking, i have a LT1 350 going into my IROC, I am putting a Hot Cam Kit into the motor before i drop the motor in which means i have to take the Opti off, now when i get it all back on and drop the motor it, Do I and How do i set the timing? I've been brought up around carberated motors my whole life, been studying and really getting into fuel injection, specifically the LT1 and with there being no distributer how would you set the timing? do i just hit the keep and let the computer take car of it or what??

There is no timing to set. You will never use a timing light on your LT1. The pcm takes care of all that. Just make sure you get the opti oriented properly (kinda like dropping in a distributor, but no fiddling once it is in).
