i am hoping mine may be fuel related, it was doing it before the cam too but not is just alot more noticeable....hopefully it's fuel, when i last changed the fuel filter it was horrible, i can only imagine how my injectors look if they have never been toughed, plus i just did a pretty good amount in my rebuild and is .30 over and all that good stuff now, i hope injectors are my cure

UPDATE

Just finished loading up a PCMforless tune and it still misses. curses, i was hoping that would fix it (whatever is wrong) but it sure as hell idles better. I also have freescan and an AKM cable. What should i look for in free scan that would indicate a problem? the only thing that looks weird would be my start temp. which reads 32*F. the other sensors LOOK ok and i dont have any knock retard or anything. whats the next step?

Since you were running with your O2's disconnected you probably fouled your plugs like I did.. Change em.. For 15 bucks you cant beat it.. Check that your coil is ok too.. It might be getting too hot on the block. Take some washers and space it out.. Try that stuff man.. Other wise we still on for the bon fire? Im taking my headers completly off and redoing the whole thing.. If that doesnt fix the exhaust leak im done and buying new ones..

DEGREE TYE CAM

Your problem may come back, if you installed the cam just relying on the timing marks you are asking for trouble! Even a few degrees of with that cam and you will have trouble, hell you may even gain ten or twenty more horses doing it!

On our cars its pointless to degree the cam because of the optical distributor.. these cams usually have some timing ground into them, providing you put it in straight up.. you can even ask comp about that, guy gave me a 20 minute lecture on why these cars dont get degreed.. lol
