cam install, leaks, high idle?

Okay I buttoned everything up on the Z28 after
installing -

New Opti
CSI water pump
Cloyes Double roller timming chain
Comp Cams Xtreme 236/242 on a 110lsa cam
Comp Cams pro Magnum 1.6 roller rockers
7/16 studs
EX-612 valve springs
New valve seals
Removed AIR and EGR
Unbalanced Engineering rag joint eliminator
Mail order tune.

So I fire up the car and it runs on the second try and
it idles like stock?!?! Mail order tune guy set the
idle at 950rpms but I was assuming with the 110ls it
should lope like a ****. *shrug* Anyone have a clue
as to why there is no lope? I even fired it up with
the stock PCM and it still idles high. Like 1,100+

After driving it for 20 mintues I pull into the drive
way to let it cool off so I can change the oil....well
after an hour or so I looked under the car for leaks
and its literally BLEEDING oil! When installing the
intake I didn't get the manifold in straight on the
first try so I bumped it a little to get it to settle
correctly. So Im assuming I have to reseal the
manifold again. ARRRGHHHH!!!!! Anyone have a part
number for that nasty grey GM manifold sealant?

Second thing is that I looked under the car and there
was coolant pissing all over the place!!! Apparently
it was the crappy squeeze clamps, they lose their
tension after a few years...so the pipe that has the
bleeder screw started to leak right at the pump and
pissed all over the new opti!!! =( Im going to use
a hose clamp and see if that was the only leak.

Also while installing the front timming cover I ripped
the oil pan seal but so far thats holding up since I
RTV the crap out of the corners.

Also are the pro magnums and comp "R" lifters suppose to be REALLY loud? They're a lot louder than the non-self aligning crane gold rockers I had before.

sounds like the kind of stuff that happens to me when i am working on my car. As far as the mail order tune I would just call them.... and for every thing else, it looks like you have it under control... man those manifolds are a Bit*h, I just usualy load it with rtv and try to lower the back end in first.

The trick is trying to get the manifold to set properly underneath the oil pressure sensor...I think thats where I messed up.

I put a couple of studs in to help guide the manifold down prefectly.....get um at the hardware store. Permatex gray rtv works well for me.
