its decently hard, 4-5 hours if you know what you are doing, probibly 8 your first time...
basicly its...
remove intake manifold and valvecovers
remove radiatior+fans
remove waterpumpo and opti
remove balancer and crank hub
loosen oil pan bolts
remove timing cover
set to tdc
remove timing chain and lifters/pushrods
remove cam
(cam bearings cant (reasonably) be done in the car)
and reverse for re-assembly.
youll have to set valve lash when you are done. and you may need to change springs, depending on cam.
ps, dont forget intake manifold gaskets timing cover gasket water pump drive seal opti drive seal and RTV
