Im looking for a good cam that will pass smog in CA, work with stock lt1 heads, and still give me more power??

please give me your suggestions

I called a guy from compcams.com and he suggested his cam with part #07-304-8 Heres the specs

I believe a Hot Cam will pass Cali emissions. I don't live in Cali so I am not 100% certain. Hot Cam will give you a decent increase in power.
