What's up want to find out what's a good lift and duration for the lt1 motor. Thanks

Looks like your doing pretty well with a stock cam. I always wondered what a bolt on car with head work would do.

Well it all depends on what goals you have for the car and what you do with it. Daily driver vs race only vs street/strip.

Ah yes, didnt see he's running a "crain cam"
