What does he need to break in? Hydraulic rollers do not require a break in! I would guess that you have some bad valve seals. Did you replace them with new ones? Or did you reuse the stockers?

Mine smoked for a good 30-35 mins because of all the crap on the headers. After that, no more smoke. Is the car tuned? Are you sure it's oil and not fuel?

Smoking from where? Under the hood or exhaust?
How many miles have you put on it since the install?

What spring setup/rr's was installed? Also what other changes did you make? Check oil till a problem is found.

I'm pretty sure if it was fuel, it would be a lot more exciting than just smoke . i imagine he is the one driving, so if he can see the smoke it's probably coming from under the hood.

I would bet to say you ripped the original valve seals if you didnt replace them. Maybe running rich. I had that problem with my cam before tuning.

Re: The cam is in but have a question?

Also your intake might not of sealed right at the intake ports so it sucks oil, and it would be more obvious at WOT.

Yeah, I'd say valve seals.

"Guy who did it" should have had enough sense to do the
valve seals too, unless you instructed him otherwise.

You may want to find another "guy".

Ya valve seals are cheap and easy to install. If he charges you more then 70-80$ he is blowing smoke up your ***.
