Well, just dealing with the info provided, I like the smaller cam. IF you have the heads and intake system as well as the rest of valvetrain to handle very high rpm, the second cam will make more power. But if you are asking us about cams, you probably don't have those supporting parts

Even with the smaller cam, it going to want to rev high and if the rest of the components (including the compression ratio) aren't in harmany with the cam choice, you might not be too happy with the result.

I the site it makes it sounder that the smaller .520/.540 cam is more radical

The bigger cam might not make more HP and isin't always going to make the car faster.
