bought them at radio shack...99 cents for 5 of them in a pack
22-Ohm ....so 2200 i think
1/2 watt - 5% tolerance
part number 271-1103
anyone know if duct tape is ok to use instead of eletrical tape?

I would use electrical tape if it was my car. The tape on there should be ok, and its only a few volts, but i dunno if duct tape will do the job, dont want a problem down the road. Can u use heatshrink tubing? that would be best although its probably too late to do it.

I would also use electrical tape and I just zipp-tied mine to a nearby empty hole on the transmission. That said, who cares about what tape you use. I mean if it falls off and quits working it will take like five minutes to fix again. I'd let it ride. 110k mi. on my little resistor and tape with no problems.
