Go with a C5 setup instead of a C4. Do a search either here in the autox/rr forum or LS1.com and look for a response from lateapex (Bob Bishop). He talked about just this a few weeks ago. I'm almost certain he said the C4 front rotors are indeed thinner than the LS1s. The C5 setup is a very easy exchange and there is a group buy going on right now. 99HOSS is organizing it using Bob's brackets. I'm running the same on my car and have absolutely no complaints, including many laps on road courses.

Ok well look slike C5 is the way to go for me. They fit in 17" wheels don't they? Thats what C5s are running up front anyways right? So I don't see why not. Thanks guys

I'm due a brake job...so this C5 brake swap is intriguing. Who sells the conversion brackets (and the rest of the parts) to run these on a 97 Z28?
