I checked the relay its fine. I checked the compressor it isn't stuck. I used a jumper wire and it came on like that, so I have narrowed it down to the power wire that activates the relay. But, is there something else in line to the relay that could be messed up or am I gonna have to replace the entire wire?

first you need to make sure that you ahve enough freon to let the system come on. if you do.. I would check the pressure switch on the AC line. should be a 3 wire switch. unplug it and jump power from the red wire to the grey aire at the connector and see if it comes on then

Also, if you have had a DTC for pressure problems, the PCM will lock out operation of the compressor. You have to reset the PCM to clear it.
