Bullet, Twister or chambered muffler?

I'm looking for some direct comparisons between the three. I'm about to trade a guy straight up for an SLP LM in exchange for my restrictive FM...

I'm going to replace the resonator with one of these three mufflers...I heard that the Bullet is a straight-through muffler and I see most people going with it...I also heard that the Twister is slightly more restrictive than the Bullet but helps with the loudness...then there's the chambered muffler that is renound for its resonating sound production...

I've done much research on each of these mufflers but haven't found much specifically on anyone that replaced the resonator with a Twister or a chambered muffler...

Can anyone shed a bit more light...?

Thanks guys!

I did find that the Bullets are available in 12" and 18", 18" most likely being the more quiet....and the Twisters are offered in the 12" and the 17"...

3" inlet/outlet of course...

Any of these preferred over the other?

what are twister mufflers? Are you talking about the Moroso spirals? Or A different muffler? And does anyone here run them?

I got dual 3" diameter 12" long Bullets. I would slap a Bullet in place of the resonator. They sound wicked!

The bullet would be the least restrictive of the 3 but also the loudest. I have seen several people put the bullet in place of the resonator on the LM. HTH

This is just my thought on mufflers for LT's since I see that you have some in the wings. Many people do 12" bullet duals here.

I am thinking on changing to Stainless Works Bullets on my LT's. They are 23" I believe. Full Stainless steel in an out and not external welds. Expensive at 130 each through summit but 12" bullets are too freakin' loud IMO. They are just popular because of the price and the young pups like very loud exhaust. It gets old fast though.

They are popular because they sound so badass. I might be a little young and love loud exhaust, but I just think Bullets sound perfect on an LT1. Hasn't gotten old to me at all. I love seeing people's faces when they hear something resembling a space shuttle, and then realize it's a Camaro!
