Building up my LT1
Building up my LT1
Hello all,
Ok, in a little over a year I'm going to be moving to Germany for a few years. Before I go, I want to get the motor in my 95 Z rebuilt so I don't have to worry about it over there (I hear it's expensive to get American cars worked on over seas) Seeing as how I'm going to be taking the motor out to rebuild it, I was wondering if anyone had some ideas I could do to give a pretty nice boost to my power. Without the aid of NOS or Supercharger. I was thinking about a 383, but am a little less knowledgable on the subject of converting my 350 to a 383. If anyone has some info on the subject I'd really appreciate it. Oh, and I'm looking to spend no more than 15K.
Thanks

I don't know anyone out there, but there's a guy here in Jax that builds killer stroker LT1s. PM me if you are interested and I'll give you his number. I guarantee you'll have no trouble passing the Porshes and Lambos on the Autobaugn with one of his strokers.
