Broke my new opti trying to put it on, can I fix it?
I broke the shaft that goes into the camshaft trying to put my opti on, I guess I was pushing it in too hard
. I couldn't get the damn dowl lined up with the hole, I thoght I had it lined up though and that it just took alot of efford to push in the last o-ring. My question is, can I take the old circular part off the old opti and put it on my new one? And if I can, where do you get the socket that goes over those wierd opti bolts?

Not sure if you can R&R the bearing/shaft. The Opti cover comes off using a Torx E4 socket. If you don't have one, take one of the T15 screws out of the throttle body cover plate, wrap the threads in tape to proect them, grip the threads with a vise grip, and use the head of the screw as a socket - same size.
