Unhappy Brake Problem

on my 94 Z i have been having the brake light go on and off. When the pedal reaches a certain point the light will come on and stays on as you release off the brake. meanwhile, if you hit the brakes to the same point again the light will go off... but there are times when you can hit the brake once and the light comes on and goes right off.
So i replaced the master cylinder and bleeded the system.
and still this damn light will come on.
Fluids are fine and the brake lines dont leak...
Any other suggestions??

Brakes work but not up to their potential like a stock car.
i will try to bleed the system again maybe there is a little bit of air but im not sure

How are you bleeding them by the way? The order you bleed the system could affect it also.

You start from the right rear, then the left rear, then the right front, then the left front.
