bottom end build up

as the title says, what would be a reasonably priced build up for my bottom end? is there any good cheap storker kits if so where can i find them. i want it to atleast support 400+ rwhp.

right now my mods are, ported heads, all boltons, new opti and timing chain set. the car is gonna be driven allot. i want something that will make 400+rwhp and be reliable and still be decently streetable and run fine on pump gas. thanks

Ye Olde Search Function is your friend! You might use it and learn a lot. But in brief, there is not a huge hp gain from a stroker per se. The real gains are from changes in the heads, cam, induction and exhaust systems. Does your motor need to be rebuilt no matter what? If not, and $$$ are a major consideration, stick with the stock bottom end and spend the bucks on the other systems I mentioned.
