Go make one. All it takes is maybe 30 mins with some flat tin, a pair of tin snips and a drill.

You might want to mention who you got it from.

Re: borla electric cutout?

I suggest saving your money and getting a regular old manual cutout. I too, wanted an electric one but I'm so happy I didnt waste the money. Mine sounds so good that I'll only cap it for one of two things, emisisons and long road trips, either of which doesn't occur that often. I have the borla cat-back but I placed my cutout right before the bend over the rear axle....it resulted in little to no extra vibration and a great exhaust tone. Just my .02

I hear that buddy. Mine came with the car...was the only mod on it. And I'm so glad I didnt waste my money on it just to bypass it completly. Oh well, at least we can say we have the most expensive cutout there is

Re: borla electric cutout?

just out of curiosity is there any gain at all in adding a cutout to the borla catback? looks like it would be just 2 cutouts

Well, I dunno but I feel like I picked up some gains with mine. I guess there is still some restriction through the muffler. Although I dunno which plate was in mine but with the cutout its so much louder and deeper...I love it
