i don't know if borla does. Quick Time Performance makes a nice electronic cutout.

Re: borla electric cutout?

I know quick time does them as a "borla" cutout because it just goes in place of the plates provided by Borla.

DMH makes them. Do a search for their site.

Re: borla electric cutout?

DMH gets a lot of customers after they already bought and used the QTP cut out.

Re: borla electric cutout?

Get the DMH, waaayyyy better quality than the Quicktime. Plus comes with a wayyy longer warranty. Summitracing carries the DMH 3" cutout for the borla. Its just the 3" cutout, thats all. Goes in the place of the plates. I have it, and I love it..

The borla mounting flange is different than a cutout.

Go put a plate in. It takes 5 min.

Re: borla electric cutout?

Some words of advice--get the DMH E-Borla!!!! By far the "funnest" mod I've done. I have a borla w/o cats--can get very loud/raspy. With the E-Borla, I can "tune" the exhaust to whatever tone I want on the fly. GREAT when passing cops or Mustangs . EVERYTIME I drive the car, I'm messing with it . Also, Dave has outstanding customer service. I bought mine about a year and a half ago and had a problem with it, sent it to him and he replaced it with a brand new one--never gave me a hard time or questioned me...
